Personalised products & your right of withdrawal
Every book we sell is made to your specifications.
Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and
Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the
statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personalised goods.
Production begins shortly after you order, and all sales are final once
production starts.
Spotted a typo? Contact us straight away — if printing
hasn't started, we'll happily correct your details or cancel the order.
Faulty or damaged books are always reprinted free of charge.
