01What we collect
Account details (name, email), order and delivery information, and the personalisation content you provide (a child's first name, age, likeness and any dedication). We also collect basic usage analytics.
02Children's data
Personalisation details about a child are provided by a parent or guardian and used solely to create the product. We never market to children, and we minimise and protect this data at every step.
03How we use it
To make and deliver your order, provide your account and YATS Points, prevent fraud, and, only with your consent, send you updates about new worlds and offers.
04Sharing
We share data only with the suppliers needed to fulfil your order (print, payment, delivery) under strict contracts. We never sell your data. Licensed partners receive aggregate, anonymised figures only.
05Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time, via your account or by contacting us. You may also complain to the ICO.
06Retention & security
We keep order records as required by law and delete personalisation assets when no longer needed. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
