Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout based on your destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–12 working days of dispatch.

Absolutely. Use the Track Order page with the code from your confirmation email. At the last-mile stage you'll also get a carrier tracking number.

After you pick a world, tap Personalise My Book. You'll add their name, age and likeness (photo or avatar), then preview every spread live before anything prints.

Yes, nothing goes to print until you approve a full live preview of the personalised pages. If it isn't right, you can edit and preview again.

If you spot a typo after ordering, contact us within 2 hours and we'll fix it before print. After that, our 30-day reprint promise has you covered.
