Because every book is personalised, we can’t resell a return. So if anything’s wrong, a typo, a print flaw, damage in transit. We simply remake it, free, within 30 days. No posting it back, no quibble.
A photo and a line is all we need.

Why no returns? A book with your child’s name and face can’t go back on the shelf for someone else. So a reprint is fairer, faster and far less wasteful.
