These terms govern your use of You Are The Star Books and the purchase of our personalised products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.
01Who we are
You Are The Star Books Ltd (“YATS”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in the United Kingdom. These terms apply to our website, apps and products including personalised books, Chapter books and SmartMark gift cards.
02Placing an order
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. Because every book is personalised and made to order, please check your details carefully, you'll see a live preview before anything is printed.
03Pricing & payment
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown at checkout. We accept major cards plus Klarna and Clearpay instalments, and our “Chip In” group-gift pots. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed (or, for Chip In, once the pot is funded).
04Personalised products
As your products are made to your specification, they are exempt from standard cancellation rights once production has begun. Our 30-day reprint promise covers errors, defects or transit damage, see Shipping & Returns.
05Licensed content
Club crests, kits and tournament marks are used under licence from their respective rightsholders. You may not reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any part of a YATS product.
06Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
