Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of our books, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. This is only the case if the product is deemed to be faulty or if the personalisation does not match the selection made in placing the order.
If you do receive a damaged product, please return it to You Are The Star Limited, Boscrege Farm, Boscrege, Ashton, TR13 9TG, UK. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
